The Spring 2014 QEP Faculty Professional Development
Calendar provides the time frame for accessing learning resources for each of the 4 online modules. You will also find the dates and times for each F2F session.
The question and answer format of the modules provides a structure to help you build understanding and scaffold important concepts found in this work. Consider working on each module "over time" rather than marching through it in a single session. Give yourself an opportunity to think through the
ideas,
research, and resources. You'll be asked to create a reflection after
each online module to bring to the F2F session. You may find it helpful to capture some of your thinking as you work. How did you feel? What did you notice?
When you are asked to read the FULL TEXT of an article, it will occasionally be followed by a summary excerpt of the article. This is intended to synthesize the key ideas for later review.
You can download and print any file embedded in this portfolio.
Consider downloading, saving, and even adapting some of the resources
found in the portfolio for use in your classes.
